Return Window: 7 days from delivery.

Conditions: An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory for any return, replacement, damage, or defect claim. Product must be unused and in original condition (unless damaged/defective/wrong item).

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item: Contact us within 7 days with your order number, unboxing video, and photos. We'll offer a replacement or refund.
